Feud Explodes! Now Trump Wants to Drive Musk OUT of The U.S.

Key Point Summary – Trump threatens Musk

  • Trump warns Musk about losing federal subsidies
  • Feud explodes over massive spending bill
  • Musk hints at launching a third party
  • DOGE, once led by Musk, may now target him
  • Trump accuses Musk of hypocrisy over EV mandates
  • Elon blasts bill as “debt slavery”
  • Tesla shares swing wildly amid tensions

Trump and Musk Turn From Friends to Foes

Donald Trump has launched a fierce threat against Elon Musk, his former “First Buddy,” suggesting the tech mogul could be stripped of government support. The warning comes as the two powerful figures clash over Trump’s controversial new spending plan.

Trump, frustrated by Musk’s criticism of the “One Big, Beautiful Bill,” hinted at deploying the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) to target Musk’s business empire.

“Elon may get more subsidy than any human being in history,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “Perhaps we should have DOGE take a good, hard, look at this? BIG MONEY TO BE SAVED!!!”

Musk Slams Bill as Economic Suicide

Musk, who once ran DOGE under Trump, has gone on a rampage against the bill. He claims it would explode the national debt and wipe out the cost-saving reforms he implemented during his White House stint.

He called it “utterly insane and destructive,” accusing lawmakers of betraying campaign promises.

Trump Fires Back With Personal Jabs

The former allies have now become bitter enemies. Trump reminded followers that Musk is a South African native who owes his success to U.S. subsidies.

“Without subsidies, Elon would probably have to close up shop and head back home to South Africa,” Trump posted. “No more Rocket launches, Satellites, or Electric Car Production.”

He even suggested Musk’s protest over the EV mandate is insincere, claiming Musk knew Trump opposed such mandates long before endorsing him.

Political War Threatens GOP Stability

Musk isn’t just fighting Trump. He’s threatening to form a third party called the America Party if the bill passes.

“Our country needs an alternative to the Democrat-Republican uniparty,” Musk declared.

The move could fracture the GOP, especially ahead of the 2026 midterms. Republicans fear Musk’s AmericaPAC, which raised over $260 million in 2024 alone, might turn against them.

DOGE May Now Target Its Creator

Ironically, Musk once ran DOGE as a federal cost-cutting tool. Now, Trump threatens to sic the same watchdog on him.

Steve Bannon, a close Trump adviser, backed the move. He accused Musk of trying to sabotage the administration from the outside.

“Elon got what he wanted from Washington. Now he wants to burn it down,” Bannon fumed.

Tesla Tumbles Amid Political Turmoil

The feud has real-world consequences. Tesla shares plunged nearly $150 billion in value before rebounding. Investors are rattled by Musk’s war with Trump and his open defiance of the White House.

Meanwhile, SpaceX operations are under scrutiny. Trump hinted that government contracts for satellite launches and defense payloads might be frozen.

Musk Vows Revenge on GOP Backers

Musk fired back, targeting GOP lawmakers who support the bill.

“If this insane spending bill passes, the America Party will be formed the next day,” he warned.

He posted an image of Pinocchio in flames, vowing to expose every congressman who supports what he calls the biggest debt ceiling hike in U.S. history.

Libertarian Republicans Side With Musk

Senators like Rand Paul and Mike Lee have echoed Musk’s concerns. Paul called the bill “Biden-level spending” and said it negates the progress made by DOGE.

Lee described the bill as “debt slavery” and warned it will haunt the GOP for years.

Can the Feud Be Contained?

The political war between Trump and Musk is now playing out in real time on X and Truth Social. Each post escalates the tension.

So far, neither man shows signs of backing down.

What Happens If the Bill Passes?

If the Senate approves Trump’s bill by the July 4th deadline, Musk promises swift retaliation. He’ll launch a third party, cut funding to current Republicans, and use his influence to reshape the political map.

Trump, meanwhile, seems eager to crush Musk’s rebellion with the same government tools Musk once used.

Billionaire Vs. President

It’s a clash of titans: the world’s richest man against the world’s most powerful politician. One built rockets. The other built a movement. Now, they’re tearing into each other like never before.

And as the budget clock ticks down, the entire nation is watching.

Not just for the vote.

But to see who wins this brutal political battle—and who walks away burned.
