Tom Sandoval shares his thoughts on his Traitors’ experience

Tom Sandoval knew what he wanted when he joined The Traitors. He was clear from the start. He did not want to be a traitor. In an interview, Sandoval explained that if the host, Alan Cumming, had chosen him as a traitor, he would have walked away. He had no desire to take on that role. He didn’t want to play a part that wasn’t for him.. Sandoval wanted to stay true to himself and play the game his way. “I had no desire to be a traitor,” It was as simple as that. He wasn’t there for drama or deception.

Not for Sandoval

The reality star explained that he couldn’t be a traitor. He didn’t think it was right for him. He compared it to a child which has to play an instrument. “If you want to play, you’ll be good at it”. He knew other contestants really wanted to be traitors. They would be better at it than him. Tom Sandoval knew that being a traitor wasn’t his strength. He didn’t want to be bad at it or struggle with it and took a different approach to the game. He wanted to play honestly and stay true to himself. Sandoval felt that knowing his limits mattered.

Tom Sandoval enjoying the experience

Even though Sandoval had a target on his back, he still enjoyed the experience. “I definitely felt it,” he admitted. It wasn’t easy knowing that others were after him. But that didn’t stop him from having fun. The atmosphere on The Traitors was different from Vanderpump Rules. It felt more positive and lighthearted. “It’s about to play the game and have fun,” Tom Sandoval said. He was there to enjoy the challenge, not to stir up drama. Sandoval wanted viewers to see a different side of him. He didn’t that people see him as the villain. Instead, he wanted to show his true self. He hoped people would understand that.

Scotland was amazing

One of the best parts of the experience for Sandoval was filming in Scotland. He said walking into the castle was incredible. The location was stunning. “It was an amazing experience,” he shared. The beauty of the place took his breath away. Sandoval felt lucky to be part of something so special. It was a rare opportunity for him. It wasn’t just a game; it was a chance to be part of something bigger. The castle, the scenery, and the atmosphere were unforgettable. Sandoval could tell this was an experience he would remember forever.

Surprises along the way

The production team kept surprising the contestants. Just before entering the castle, they stopped them. Tom Sandoval said they did things that no one had ever done before. One of the biggest surprises came when a person in a cloak revealed himself to be Survivor’s Boston Rob. The contestants got a chance to team up with him. The twist allowed them to banish someone from the game immediately. Sandoval admitted that it was nerve-wracking. The moment felt tense for everyone involved. No one saw that coming. It added extra pressure to the game.

A funny moment for Sandoval

Despite the tension, Tom Sandoval shared a funny moment. When Boston Rob showed up, fellow contestant Carolyn Wiger felt tempted to team up with him. Sandoval remembered the moment clearly. Carolyn stood right next to him and asked, “Oh, that’s Boston Rob. Should I do it?” Sandoval couldn’t help but laugh. “I said, ‘Don’t! Don’t do that!’” The moment felt lighthearted during an intense situation. Sandoval laughed as he recalled it. The exchange helped break the tension of the game.

The Traitors – A fun experience

Although Tom Sandoval lost in episode 10, he had no regrets. He looked back on his time onThe Traitors with pride. He felt happy with his journey and how he played the game. “It was a campy challenge,”. He had a ton of fun. Despite the challenges and pressure, Sandoval felt grateful for the experience. He appreciated the chance to show a different side of himself. The challenge was fun, and he would always remember it. Sandoval felt lucky to have been part of the show and happy to have had such a great time.
