Charlie, 15, dazzled the golf world with his talent during the tournament, achieving both his first eagle and hole-in-one. Woods described the moments as “magical,” while Charlie called it the “most fun” he’s ever had on the course.

A resilient relationship rooted in family

Despite a high-profile divorce in 2010, Woods and Nordegren have rebuilt their relationship around co-parenting their children. Woods has expressed gratitude for their friendship, stating, “She is one of my best friends now.”

The event marked Woods’ return after his sixth back surgery and challenges from a 2021 car accident. Though no longer competitive at his peak, Woods said the tournament is a family highlight and a chance to support Charlie’s blossoming career.
