Using the Rise App for guidance, she playfully admitted to not always following her trainer’s advise.

Sharing a snippet of her workout, Kim mentioned trying out a 28-day challenge from the app, led by trainer Senada Greca, who she has been training with for years.

Following her workout session, Kim took her son Saint West to his basketball game in Los Angeles, where her ex-husband Kanye West also made an appearance.
