The original post she reshared praised Bezos’ work ethic, showing him at his old Amazon desk, but it had little to do with romance.

Even more telling? Sánchez’s first Valentine’s Day story wasn’t about Bezos at all—it was a teacup filled with candy hearts and a generic Valentine’s greeting. Meanwhile, Bezos himself posted nothing.

Are Sánchez and Bezos Cooling Off?

Sánchez and Bezos went public in January 2019 while the Amazon billionaire was divorcing MacKenzie Scott. Despite past speculation that their romance began as an affair, the couple has frequently supported each other’s business and philanthropic ventures.

Sánchez has also been vocal about their bond. In 2023, she gushed to The Wall Street Journal about their closeness, saying, “We fly together. We work out together. In February, Sánchez posted a cryptic Instagram caption alongside a helicopter shot: “Some years start with turbulence, but that’s just the wind reminding you to spread your wings.” While some linked it to her relationship with Bezos, there’s no direct evidence supporting that theory.
