Russian President Vladimir Putin has escalated tensions with the West, calling a secret meeting after threatening the United Kingdom with a new hypersonic missile capable of devastating strikes. Lieutenant General Rob Magowan told the House of Commons Defence Committee that Britain is prepared to respond to Russian aggression immediately. “If the British Army was asked to fight tonight, it would fight tonight,” he stated, emphasizing the UK’s readiness to counter any Russian strike on an Eastern European ally.

Putin’s Hypersonic Missile Threat
