Next Gen NYC: Bravo’s New Show With Kids of Real Housewives

Bravo just announced a brand new reality show called Next Gen NYC. The show follows a group of young adults living in New York City. Most of them are the sons and daughters of former and current Bravo stars. These 20-somethings are trying to make it in the big city while dealing with careers, relationships, and drama. Some of them grew up in the spotlight, while others are new to fame. Now, they want to build a life on their own in Next Gen NYC. But growing up isn’t easy, especially when everyone’s watching.

Meet the cast of this exciting new reality series

The cast includes many familiar names. Ariana Biermann is one of the stars. She is the daughter of Kim Zolciak-Biermann from Real Housewives of Atlanta. Riley Burruss, the daughter of RHOA alum Kandi Burruss, is also part of the show. Another cast member is Gia Giudice, whose mother is Teresa Giudice from Real Housewives of New Jersey. Brooks Marks, son of Meredith Marks from Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, joins too. Ava Dash, whose parents are music mogul Damon Dash and fashion designer Rachel Roy, rounds out the main cast. But that’s not all. Model and influencer Emira D’Spain also appears, along with Shai Fruchter, Georgia McCann, Hudson McLeroy (Ariana’s on-and-off boyfriend), and crypto trader Charlie Zakkour. These young adults come from different backgrounds, but they all want one thing — to make it in Next Gen NYC.

Young stars find their way through drama and discovery

Bravo says Next Gen NYC is about what it means to grow up in today’s world. The show will follow the group as they face challenges like love, friendship, money, and fame. Some want to step away from their famous parents and build something of their own. Others are still tied to their family names and wealth. There will be breakups, brunches, bold moves, and lots of reality show drama. Bravo describes it as “stumbling into adulthood one brunch, breakup, and spontaneous decision at a time.” These young adults are trying to conquer Next Gen NYC while figuring out how to be adults.

What the cast says about their new lives in NYC

In the trailer, Georgia McCann calls the group “a beautiful hot mess.” That pretty much sums up the vibe. Emira D’Spain, 28, says, “Everyone in this group is going to say what they’re thinking.” Ava Dash, 25, adds, “We’re all just here together trying to make it.” Each cast member has their own struggles. For example, Ariana Biermann is afraid of the New York City subway. Ariana Biermann reflects on how Next Gen NYC represents the challenges they face. She also gets confused between Ben Affleck and Adam Sandler. It’s clear these young adults are still learning how the world works — and doing it all on camera.

Famous parents bring pressure and money troubles

Having famous parents doesn’t always make life easier. In the sneak peek, Georgia calls out Charlie for getting a $10,000 monthly allowance from his dad. Charlie claps back and says she wouldn’t even be on the show if it wasn’t for him. Brooks Marks also has issues with his mom, Meredith. He reminds her she fired him, even though she denies it. “You fired me last week!” he says. Riley Burruss also runs into trouble. Her mom, Kandi, tells her not to charge too much. “It better not be on the card I pay for!” she warns. The show makes it clear — being part of Next Gen NYC doesn’t mean you have it all figured out just because you’re rich.

Reality stars take the spotlight from their parents

Even though their parents helped them get noticed, these young adults want to shine in their own way. Brooks wants to be more than Meredith’s son. Riley is stepping into the spotlight even after Kandi left Real Housewives of Atlanta. “I’m still there!” Kandi jokes. She’s proud her daughter is carrying on the Bravo legacy. Each cast member wants their voice heard. Some will succeed. Others might fall in Next Gen NYC. But they’ll all do it while cameras are rolling.

Save the date for Bravo’s hot summer premiere

Next Gen NYC premieres on Tuesday, June 3, at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo. The show is full of drama, laughs, and real-life growing pains. If you love reality TV, don’t miss this one. It’s the next generation of Bravo stars — ready to take over Next Gen NYC.
