The win added to Lipscomb’s successful season, enhancing their record to 22-9 overall and 14-4 within the Atlantic Sun Conference. Ognacevic was instrumental on both ends of the court, also contributing 11 rebounds, further solidifying his impact throughout the game.
Charlie Williams supported the Bisons’ offensive efforts, recording 15 points and showcasing his accuracy by hitting 6 out of 8 shots, including 3 successful attempts from beyond the arc. Gyasi Powell contributed to the team’s achievement by finishing with 13 points, shooting 4 of 8 from the field, while also making 2 of his 6 attempts from 3-point range, and maintaining 100% accuracy from the free-throw line, hitting all 3 attempts.
On the opposing side, Central Arkansas’s Nehemiah Turner was the standout player for the Bears, leading his team with 24 points and also securing six rebounds.
