FARGO, N.D. — In an intense basketball showdown, North Dakota State concluded its regular season triumphantly with an 82-78 victory against South Dakota. Jacari White played a pivotal role, scoring 20 points. White’s performance included shooting 5 out of 13 from the field, 2 for 7 from beyond the arc, and an impressive 8 of 10 from the free-throw line for the Bison, who now stand at 21-10 overall and 10-6 in the Summit League.
Supporting White’s efforts, Tajavis Miller contributed 19 points and grabbed six rebounds, providing additional firepower in the team’s offense. Darik Dissette was another key player, scoring 16 points by shooting 6 of 10 from the floor and successfully making 4 out of 5 free throws. Dissette also significantly contributed defensively by securing 13 rebounds.
South Dakota’s performance was led by Chase Forte, who dominated with 21 points and six rebounds. In addition, Isaac Bruns was a crucial player for the Coyotes, scoring 17 points. Paul Bruns added to the Coyotes’ efforts with a solid display, accumulating 14 points, 11 rebounds, and intercepting two passes.
