CAMPUS NEWS — On Saturday evening, Cole Anderson made a significant impact for UC Santa Barbara, leading the team to an 83-75 win over Cal State Fullerton with an impressive performance of 29 points.
Anderson demonstrated his shooting prowess by hitting 9 out of 14 attempts from the field, while also excelling from beyond the arc with 6 of 10 successful 3-point shots. Furthermore, he was flawless at the free-throw line, converting all 5 chances. His contributions were vital for the Gauchos, who now hold a record of 13-7 overall and 5-4 within the Big West Conference.
Supporting Anderson, Kenny Pohto added 12 points, efficiently shooting 6 for 8 from the field, while Stephan D. Swenson chipped in with 10 points, hitting all 3 of his field goal attempts.
