TULSA, Okla. — In an exciting matchup on Thursday evening, North Dakota State triumphed over Oral Roberts with a final score of 110-96, thanks in large part to an outstanding performance by Jacksen Moni, who contributed a remarkable 29 points in the game.
Moni’s contributions didn’t stop there; he also pulled down eight rebounds and dished out eight assists, showcasing his multifaceted skill set for the Bison (12-6, 1-2 Summit League). Fellow teammate Masen Miller also made a significant impact, scoring 22 points with an impressive shooting percentage of 7 for 11, which included 5 for 9 from beyond the arc and 3 for 4 from the charity stripe. Noah Feddersen played a critical role as well, finishing the night with 21 points after shooting 8 of 9 from the field and converting 5 of 6 free throws.
Oral Roberts (4-11, 0-2) saw an exceptional performance from their star Issac McBride, who scored an eye-popping 44 points along with five assists. JoJo Moore helped support the Golden Eagles’ effort with 20 points and seven rebounds, while Braeden Moore added a further 11 points to the team’s total.
Looking ahead, both North Dakota State and Oral Roberts will be back on the court Saturday. North Dakota State travels to face Denver, whereas Oral Roberts will host a game against North Dakota at their home venue.
