NEWARK, Del. — The Fightin’ Blue Hens of Delaware secured a convincing 84-64 win against Monmouth on Saturday, with both Erik Timko and Niels Lane contributing significantly by scoring 17 points each.

Timko also showcased his defensive skills by making three steals during the game, while Lane achieved an impressive shooting performance with 7 successful shots out of 14 attempts. Additionally, John Camden supported the effort by adding 15 points to the scoreboard.

On the other side, Abdi Bashir Jr. emerged as the leading scorer for the Hawks, netting 20 points. Cornelius Robinson Jr. provided a solid contribution with 10 points, and Madison Durr chipped in with nine points.
