FULLERTON, Calif. — In a commanding performance on Thursday night, Cal State Northridge dominated Cal State Fullerton with a score of 95-65, thanks in large part to Marcus Adams Jr., who scored 20 points for the Matadors.

Adams showcased his defensive skills as well, adding three steals to his impressive offensive display for Cal State Northridge (10-4, 2-1 Big West Conference). Scotty Washington contributed significantly by scoring 18 points, hitting 6 of 15 shots, including 4 of 13 from beyond the arc. Grady Lewis also made his mark, contributing 15 points while shooting an efficient 6 of 9 from the floor and going 3 for 4 at the line.

On the other side, the Titans (5-10, 0-3) had their top performer in Donovan Oday, who amassed 15 points and pulled down six rebounds. Kaleb Brown added 14 points to the scoreboard, while Kobe Young chipped in with a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds, but it wasn’t enough to turn the tide in favor of Cal State Fullerton.

The game highlighted the strengths of Cal State Northridge, as they seized control early and maintained their lead throughout the matchup, establishing their dominance in the conference. With this victory, they continue to build momentum as they progress through the season.
