CONWAY, S.C. — In a commanding performance, Coastal Carolina triumphed over Southern Virginia with an impressive score of 82-57 on Wednesday night. Jordan Battle was a standout player for the Chanticleers, contributing a solid 18 points and grabbing five rebounds to bolster the team’s efforts.
Joshua Meo also made a significant impact, shooting 6 of 9 from the field, including two 3-pointers, which added 16 points to the team’s total. Meanwhile, Andre Mulibea showcased his scoring ability by going 5 of 8 from the field, also hitting two 3-pointers for a total of 13 points.
On the other side, Elias Ballstaedt was the leading scorer for Southern Virginia, finishing the game with 15 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Tyler Kartchner contributed by adding 10 points to the scoreboard, while also providing defensive support with three blocked shots.
