LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — On Thursday, a young man turned himself in to authorities following a shooting incident at a mall that left two individuals injured on Black Friday. The 18-year-old approached the Little Rock Police Department to surrender, facing charges that include two felony counts of attempting to commit capital murder, as stated in a report from the department.
