Johnson was not only a scoring leader but also contributed five rebounds, aiding the Falcons in their overall effort, bringing their record to 2-3 for the season. Sam Towns played a significant role as well, scoring 16 points while making six of his ten attempts, including two successful efforts from beyond the arc. Derrick Butler matched Towns’s scoring with another 16 points and showcased his efficiency by hitting six of seven shots.
On the other hand, the Purple Eagles of Niagara, now with a record of 1-3, saw notable contributions from Olumide Adelodun, who accounted for 13 points and secured six rebounds. Jahari Williamson chipped in with 12 points and contributed defensively with two steals.
