Tyson Degenhart led the Boise State Broncos to victory over Clemson with an impressive performance of 20 points and 11 rebounds, while Andrew Meadow contributed 18 points. This win marked the 15th consecutive victory for Boise State at home during nonconference games, as they triumphed with a final score of 84-71 on Sunday.

Boise State entered halftime with a slim one-point lead, and they quickly expanded that advantage in the second half. Emmanuel Ugbo sparked a momentum shift by scoring six consecutive points, pushing the Broncos ahead 51-43 with just over 13 minutes left in the game.

The Broncos continued to build their lead, reaching an 11-point margin when Julian Bowie completed a layup and Javan Buchanan sank a 3-pointer, resulting in a 64-53 score with seven and a half minutes remaining.

In the final moments of the game, Meadow and O’Mar Stanley combined to score all of Boise State’s last 16 points over a span of four minutes. Meadow initiated the run with a three-point play and added a pair of free throws, eventually scoring five consecutive points that extended their lead to 82-68 with just 49 seconds left. Stanley then contributed two additional free throws to secure the win for the team with 41 seconds remaining.

O’Mar Stanley finished the game with 13 points, while Alvaro Cardenas added eight, bringing him just four points shy of achieving 1,000 career points.

For Clemson, Chase Hunter had a standout performance, racking up a career-high 30 points, while Viktor Lakhin supported the effort with 13 points. Despite their loss, Hunter demonstrated his shooting prowess, particularly in the first half where he scored 20 points on 8-of-10 shooting, including three 3-pointers and a free throw.

At halftime, the score stood at 36-35 in favor of Boise State. In terms of three-point shooting, both teams struggled, with Clemson converting on only 3 of 13 attempts and Boise State making just 2 of 12. Ultimately, Clemson ended with a 6-for-25 record from beyond the arc, while the Broncos managed 7 of 24. Notably, Boise State excelled at the free-throw line, successfully converting 27 of their 30 attempts.
