In the current MLB landscape, 112 players remain without contracts after rejecting qualifying offers totaling $21.05 million. The landscape is varied across both leagues, with multiple teams holding several free agents on their rosters.

**AMERICAN LEAGUE**

For the Baltimore Orioles, six players are on the free-agent list, including pitchers Daniel Coulombe and John Means, along with outfielder Eloy Jiménez and catcher James McCann. The team also features the notable Anthony Santander, who declined a qualifying offer.

The Boston Red Sox have a similarly substantial group of six free agents. This includes right-handed pitchers Kenley Jansen and James Paxton, as well as Nick Pivetta and Lucas Sims, both of whom also rejected qualifying offers. Other names on the list include Luis A. García and Naoyuki Uwasawa.

The Chicago White Sox see four players in search of contracts: pitchers Michael Clevinger, Chris Flexen, and Dominic Leone, alongside third baseman Yoan Moncada.

The Houston Astros have five free agents on their hands, prominently featuring third baseman Alex Bregman, who also declined a qualifying offer. Other players include outfielders Ben Gamel and Jason Heyward, reliever Kendall Graveman, and right-hander Héctor Neris.

Kansas City Royals have a busy offseason ahead with seven free agents, including infielders Paul DeJong and Adam Frazier, as well as first baseman Yuli Gurriel and outfielder Tommy Pham.

The Los Angeles Angels have four players looking for new teams: infielder Brandon Drury, and pitchers Matt Moore, Kevin Pillar, and Hunter Strickland.

Over in Minnesota, two free agents await contracts: right-handed pitcher Anthony DeSclafani and outfielder Manuel Margot.

Meanwhile, the New York Yankees are wrestling with five players still on the market, including first baseman Anthony Rizzo and relievers Tim Hill and Tommy Kahnle.

The Seattle Mariners have two notable free agents with Jorge Polanco and Justin Turner.

The Texas Rangers field the highest number of free agents in the American League with nine players, including veteran pitchers Andrew Chafin and Max Scherzer. The Texas roster also features Travis Jankowski among others.

The Toronto Blue Jays have one player, left-handed pitcher Ryan Yarbrough, still looking for a team.

Finally, the Oakland Athletics have four free agents, with pitchers Scott Alexander and Ross Stripling among them.

**NATIONAL LEAGUE**

In the National League, the Arizona Diamondbacks have three players including outfielder Randal Grichuk and pitchers Paul Sewald and Scott McGough.

The Atlanta Braves are in a similar situation with six free agents: pitchers John Brebbia, Jesse Chavez, and A.J. Minter, plus outfielder Adam Duvall and others.

The Chicago Cubs show one confirmed free agent, left-hander Drew Smyly.

Within the Cincinnati Reds, four players are exploring contract opportunities, notably pitcher David Buchanan and catcher Luke Maile.

The Colorado Rockies only have two players on the market: right-hander Daniel Bard and outfielder Charlie Blackmon.

The Los Angeles Dodgers have a larger group of six free agents, featuring pitchers like Clayton Kershaw and Jack Flaherty, as well as outfielder Kevin Kiermaier.

Miami Marlins currently have no players in free agency.

The Milwaukee Brewers have a single free agent, left-handed pitcher Wade Miley.

In the New York Mets’ case, the situation is considerably more complex with twelve free agents, including first baseman Pete Alonso and pitchers like Adam Ottavino and Jose Quintana.

The Philadelphia Phillies have only two free agents in the fold—Carlos Estévez and Spencer Turnbull.

The Pittsburgh Pirates are navigating four free agents, including Jalen Beeks and catcher Yasmani Grandal, while the St. Louis Cardinals feature four players seeking contracts, including Kyle Gibson and Lance Lynn.

Lastly, the San Diego Padres have seven free agents, which includes pitchers Martín Pérez and Tanner Scott, while San Francisco Giants have one—Mark Canha. The Washington Nationals close the list with three free agents, including pitcher Patrick Corbin and first baseman Joey Gallo.
