    NEW YORK — As the Major League Baseball off-season progresses, there are still 25 free agents yet to find a team for the upcoming season. The list consists of players from both the American and National Leagues, highlighting a range of talent and experience still available for teams to consider.

    In the American League, James Paxton, a left-handed pitcher from the Boston Red Sox, remains unsigned. The Chicago White Sox have right-handed pitcher Dominic Leone on the free-agent list, while the Kansas City Royals see outfielder Robbie Grossman and left-handed pitcher Will Smith without contracts. The Minnesota Twins’ free-agent roster features right-handed pitcher Anthony DeSclafani. A significant name from the New York Yankees on the free-agent list is first baseman Anthony Rizzo. Over in Texas, third baseman Matt Duffy and right-handed pitcher David Robertson are still on the market. Lastly, the Oakland Athletics have Alex Wood, a left-handed pitcher, entering free agency.
