CHARLESTON, S.C. — In an exciting game on Thursday night, the Citadel Bulldogs triumphed over the Erskine Flying Fleet with a convincing score of 86-56. Sola Adebisi and Brody Fox both led their team with impressive performances, contributing 16 points each to secure the victory.
Adebisi not only shined offensively but also dominated on the boards, pulling down eight rebounds throughout the match. Meanwhile, Fox displayed remarkable shooting skills, making five out of seven attempts and converting six of ten from the free-throw line. In addition to his scoring, he recorded eight rebounds and three steals, showcasing his all-around game.
Colby McAllister also made a significant impact, finishing the game with 14 points. He shot four of twelve from the field, including three of eleven from beyond the arc. He was effective from the free-throw line as well, making three out of four attempts.
On the opposing side, Christian Monroe led the Flying Fleet with 14 points. Jayden Byrd supported the effort by adding ten points for Erskine, although the team struggled to keep pace with the Bulldogs throughout the contest.
