PORTLAND, Ore. — On Wednesday night, the Portland Pilots kicked off their season with a solid victory over Lewis & Clark, finishing the game with an 83-70 scoreline. The standout performer for the Pilots was Max Mackinnon, who put up 20 points while also grabbing six rebounds and dishing out five assists.

Joining Mackinnon in the scoring effort, Austin Rapp added 15 points, demonstrating his shooting accuracy by going 6 of 9 from the field and hitting 3 of 5 attempts from three-point range. Along with that, he secured nine rebounds, showcasing his contributions on both ends of the court. Vincent Delano also made a notable impact, scoring 12 points with an efficient shooting performance, hitting 4 of 6 from the floor and going 2 of 4 from the free-throw line.

For the Pioneers, Andre Treadwell was the leading scorer, finishing the game with an impressive 21 points and pulling down seven rebounds. Sam Henderson contributed significantly as well, adding 16 points to his team’s total. Jake Rodriguez rounded out the scoring for Lewis & Clark with 10 points.
