SEATTLE — In a thrilling finish, the Los Angeles Rams pulled off a surprising 26-20 victory against the Seattle Seahawks in overtime on Sunday, thanks to a spectacular one-handed 39-yard touchdown reception from Demarcus Robinson.

The Rams found themselves in a position to take the lead after stopping the Seahawks on a crucial fourth down during the opening drive of overtime. Instead of opting for a simpler field goal, quarterback Matthew Stafford launched a deep pass towards Robinson, who was tightly defended by cornerback Riq Woolen. Displaying incredible skill, Robinson used one hand to snag the ball while landing in the end zone.

Stafford finished the game with 298 yards and two touchdown throws for the Rams, who improved their record to 4-4, marking their third consecutive win after previously suffering four losses in their last five games. Robinson’s performance was impressive, as he recorded six receptions for 94 yards, contributing significantly with both touchdown catches.

On the opposing side, Geno Smith ran the Seahawks’ offense effectively, registering 363 passing yards along with three touchdowns and three interceptions. The Seahawks, who now have a 4-5 record, have been struggling lately, suffering four straight losses at home and five defeats out of their last six matchups. The Rams initially trailed 13-3 but fought back, with an impressive 103-yard interception return by Kamren Kinchens that put them ahead 20-13 early in the fourth quarter. However, the Seahawks managed to tie the game late in the fourth when Smith linked up with Smith-Njigba for a 14-yard touchdown, leaving just 51 seconds on the clock.

Despite attempts from Stafford to move the Rams into field goal range, the drive ultimately stalled just before reaching midfield, setting the stage for an exciting overtime showdown.
