Tracy’s stellar performance included three touchdown throws in the first half, contributing to Idaho State’s 27-0 lead by the second quarter. Early in the third quarter, Janari Boone added to the scoring with a 28-yard fumble return touchdown, capitalizing on a forced fumble by Cortland Horton on Western Oregon’s quarterback Kainoa Jones.
