Musk Baby Drama Erupts As Influencer Sells Tesla

Tesla Sale Tied To Custody Dispute

Ashley St. Clair sold her luxury Tesla over the weekend, claiming she needed the money after Elon Musk allegedly cut her child support payments. The conservative influencer, who says Musk fathered her son, made the transaction public by allowing media to film the car’s removal in New York City.

“I’m selling it because I need to make up for the 60 percent cut that Elon made to our son’s child support,” St. Clair said while watching Carvana haul off the $100,000 black Model S.

Accusations Of Retaliation Add Tension

St. Clair told reporters she hasn’t spoken to Musk since February 13. She believes he slashed support in response to her legal filings. “That’s his modus operandi, when women speak out,” she added.

Her attorneys claim Musk retaliated financially after she filed a custody petition. They say he ignored private attempts to resolve the issue before she went public.

“Elon Musk has financially retaliated against his own child and reduced his financial support substantially and unilaterally,” her legal team told People magazine.

Child Support Cut After Custody Filing

The Musk baby drama began in early 2024 when St. Clair revealed she had Musk’s child. According to her timeline, he contacted her on X and the two became involved. She gave birth last fall. Musk has not publicly confirmed or denied paternity.

Sources say the cut in child support came after she took him to court. “He refused to respond to her many private attempts to resolve this matter without publicity,” her lawyer explained.

Influencer Joins Growing Tesla Backlash

St. Clair joined the growing number of Tesla owners selling their cars, citing concerns over Musk’s behavior and political involvement. She used the Carvana app to process the sale, which was filmed in Manhattan.

She also pointed to Tesla’s stock dip as proof that others have lost confidence. “I’m not the only one cleaning up after his messes,” she said.

MAGA Roots And Personal Fallout

The former Turning Point USA ambassador has strong ties to the MAGA movement. Her connection to Musk shocked both political circles and pop culture observers. Though she initially asked for privacy, the drama surrounding her and Musk continues to unfold publicly.

In a past interview, St. Clair said she “blacked out” when she first realized Musk was interested in her. Their relationship moved quickly, but her recent comments paint a picture of frustration and betrayal.

Future Uncertain For Mother And Child

With no clear response from Musk, the future remains uncertain. St. Clair is now focused on raising her son while navigating an increasingly public legal battle.

“This is not just about money,” she said. “It’s about principle. It’s about doing what’s right for my child.”

As the Musk baby drama continues, the influencer has made it clear: she won’t stay quiet—and she won’t stay in a Tesla.
