Meghan Markle wins her Defamation Lawsuit against sister Samantha

The former Duchess Meghan Markle got a huge victory in front of a Florida court, when a judge dismissed the defamation lawsuit of her sister Samantha.

Samantha, 59, who lives in “war” with her sister Meghan, has been seeking at least 75.000 $ for defamation because Meghan was suggesting in her famous interview with Oprah that she grew up as an ONLY CHILD. Also Meghan said, that Samantha only changed her name back to MARKLE after she began dating Harry.

The Florida judge Charlene Honeywell now decided in a 56-page-ruling that Maghans remarks in the Oprah-interview were true and dismissed the case in prejudice.

The judges decision spares Meghan an embarassing trial in Florida in November this year. The judge ruled that all statements of Meghan were “true” and that she was “merely opinioning” that she did not have a closely relationsship to her half-sister and mostly grew up alone.
