Thew’s capture occurred on Thursday after a report was made about a suspicious individual in Elroy, which is located approximately 12 miles from New Lisbon, the site of the tragic incident. The Juneau County Sheriff’s Office, along with New Lisbon police, provided the information regarding his arrest.
