Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and his brother, former Eagles center Jason Kelce, have signed a three-year deal with Amazon’s Wondery to host their podcast “New Heights.” The agreement grants Wondery exclusive rights for advertising sales and distribution. While the financial details remain undisclosed, reports suggest the deal could be worth a nine-figure sum.
The partnership, revealed by Wondery, commences with this week’s episode release. It encompasses the entire podcast library, as well as exclusive rights to monetize and circulate both audio and video episodes.
Expressing their enthusiasm, the Kelce brothers stated, “We couldn’t be more excited to team up with Wondery for the next phase of ‘New Heights.’ We love this show and the fanbase that has grown with us over the last two seasons. Wondery understands the shared vision and will offer a wealth of experience and resources to take us to ‘New Heights!’”
Initially focused on the NFL, the Kelce brothers’ podcast has evolved to cover various aspects of pop culture. Their show was recognized as the podcast of the year at the 2024 iHeartPodcast Awards. Wondery CEO Jen Sargent praised the podcast, noting its broad appeal beyond just sports.
Travis Kelce, known for dating pop star Taylor Swift, is expanding his celebrity status with projects like a game show for Amazon Prime Video. Meanwhile, Jason Kelce, who recently retired after a long Eagles career, is also gaining popularity and making appearances on ESPN’s “Monday Night Countdown.”
