Justin Baldoni dropped by agency WME following Blake Lively’s harassment complaint

Justin Baldoni has been dropped by his talent agency, WME, just one day after Blake Lively filed a complaint accusing him of sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment on the set of It Ends With Us.

The agency’s decision, reported by Deadline, comes amid growing controversy surrounding the film’s production and months of rumors about an on-set feud between the co-stars. Lively’s complaint, a precursor to a lawsuit, accuses Baldoni of causing her “severe emotional distress” through inappropriate behavior, including improvising intimate scenes and making sexually charged comments.

Allegations Against Baldoni

The complaint obtained by Page Six alleges that Baldoni, who starred in, directed, and produced the film, frequently entered Lively’s trailer uninvited while she was undressed, discussed his past pornography addiction, and made inappropriate remarks about sexual topics in front of cast and crew. It also accuses him of adding gratuitous sexual content to the film, some of which was removed after Lively raised objections.

Lively remains represented by WME, while Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, has strongly denied the allegations, calling them “completely false, outrageous, and intentionally salacious.”

Retaliation Claims and Industry Fallout

Lively has alleged that Baldoni’s team launched a smear campaign to damage her reputation, which she described as “sinister retaliatory tactics.” Freedman, however, claims that Lively made “multiple demands and threats” during production, including threats to withdraw from the project or its promotion.

In a statement to the New York Times, Lively said, “I hope that my legal action helps pull back the curtain on these sinister retaliatory tactics to harm people who speak up about misconduct and helps protect others who may be targeted.”
