Jennifer Lopez says she’s ‘the thinnest I’ve ever been’ as she gears up for troubled ‘This is Me Now’ tour

Jennifer Lopez has revealed her journey to getting into “fighting shape” ahead of her upcoming This is Me… Now tour, which reportedly faced crisis talks due to record-low ticket sales.

The mother of two credits her demanding filming schedule for her slimmed-down figure, describing it as both exhilarating and exhausting. Lopez, who tied the knot with Ben Affleck in 2022, shared her secrets for her enhanced physique during an appearance on Live with Kelly and Mark, hosted by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos.

In her upcoming musical, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Lopez portrays a fantasy character within the confines of an Argentine prison—a departure from her usual fast-paced roles. The Grammy winner emphasized the rigorous singing and dancing required for both the film and her tour, stating it’s a regimen that keeps her in top-notch health.

Despite concerns over ticket sales, Lopez is determined to deliver an electrifying performance, ensuring every moment of the show is captivating. She vowed to keep audiences engaged, never allowing them to think, “This is the part of the show where I can go get a soda.”
