DEIR AL-BALAH, Gaza Strip — A hospital administrator in the Gaza Strip has reported that 17 deceased individuals were brought to their facility following an Israeli airstrike that targeted a residential building in the northern region of the area.

Dr. Fadel Naim, who oversees the Al-Ahly Hospital situated in Gaza City, confirmed that among the casualties are nine women.

The attack occurred in the Jabaliya refugee camp, which has been a focal point of Israeli military operations for more than a month.
