Fans worry over Grande’s alarming SAG Awards appearance

Ariana Grande’s latest red carpet appearance at the 2025 SAG Awards has reignited concerns over her increasingly frail frame. The Wicked star, 31, stepped out in a strapless floral gown that accentuated her slender figure, leaving fans shocked by her noticeably thin arms and shoulders.

Fans plead for intervention

They wrote: ‘For real tho. Is Ariana Grande ok? She so thin and talks so slow now. Im actually worried’:

Viewers quickly took to social media to express their concern, with some pleading for intervention from the singer’s inner circle. “Is Ariana Grande okay? She’s so thin and talks so slow now. I’m actually worried,” one fan posted. Others echoed similar sentiments, with one writing, “Someone’s got to intervene because something is NOT right. She looks like she’s faking a smile—it’s so depressing to see.”

Health concerns grow after multiple appearances

This latest appearance comes just a week after a photo of Ariana at the BAFTAs stirred similar discussions about her declining weight. Fans on Reddit shared their distress, with one user commenting, “Every time I see a new pic, I feel shocked all over again. It’s sad to watch it happen.”

Ariana addresses body image scrutiny

Worried fans took to X to share their concern, with one even begging for the singer’s loved ones to intervene

Ariana has previously spoken about the relentless commentary surrounding her body. In a December interview, she expressed frustration over the constant speculation about her appearance. “I’ve been in the public eye since I was 16 or 17. I’ve heard it all—what’s wrong with me, what I need to fix. And then when you fix it, it’s wrong for different reasons,” she explained.

She also criticized society’s comfort in commenting on others’ bodies, saying, “Even if you go to Thanksgiving dinner and someone’s grandma says, ‘You look skinnier, what happened?’ or, ‘You look heavier, what happened?’—it’s uncomfortable no matter the scale it’s happening on.”

SAG Awards shake up the industry

The SAG Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium & Expo Hall in Los Angeles, featured major upsets, with Demi Moore winning Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role and Timothée Chalamet shocking critics by taking home Best Male Actor for his portrayal of Bob Dylan. The awards, streamed live on Netflix, remain one of Hollywood’s most prestigious honors.

Despite the glitz and glamour of the night, Ariana’s appearance has overshadowed much of the event’s buzz, leaving fans deeply concerned about the singer’s health.
