NEW YORK — Cynthia Erivo, the acclaimed star of “Wicked,” has been chosen to host this year’s Tony Awards, adding another prestigious role to her impressive repertoire of achievements.
Erivo expressed her enthusiasm in a statement, saying, “I am so proud and excited to take on this glorious honor.
