Combs And Weinstein Accused By Same Woman In Lawsuits

Key Point Summary – Combs and Weinstein Accused

  • Crystal McKinney accused both Sean Combs and Harvey Weinstein of sexual assault
  • Her 2024 lawsuit targeted Combs for alleged drugging and rape
  • A 2025 complaint claims Weinstein raped her and a friend in 2003
  • She describes being manipulated, intoxicated, and assaulted in a Manhattan hotel
  • Weinstein is awaiting retrial; Combs pleads not guilty to trafficking charges

One Woman, Two Powerful Men

Model Crystal McKinney has rocked the entertainment world with explosive accusations against two of its most controversial figures — Sean “Diddy” Combs and Harvey Weinstein.

McKinney, who sued Combs in 2024 for allegedly drugging and assaulting her, is now accusing Weinstein of raping her and a friend in 2003. The shocking allegations came to light on May 30 in an amended lawsuit filed in Manhattan.

“Business Meeting” Turned Horror Scene

McKinney said she was lured to a trendy West Village lounge for a supposed career opportunity arranged by a modeling executive. She brought a fellow model to meet Weinstein, but what followed was a nightmare.

The complaint states Weinstein insisted they leave the lounge because it was “too loud,” moving the meeting to his hotel room. There, he allegedly ordered luxury booze — Boulevardier, Dom Pérignon, and vodka — and turned aggressive.

Bathtub Assault And Rape Alleged

McKinney claims Weinstein groped her, ripped her shirt, and forced her and her friend into the bathroom. There, he demanded they strip and bathe with him. The two women “complied” out of fear.

The lawsuit describes a harrowing scene: Weinstein exposed himself, forced the women into sexual acts, and then raped them. Afterward, he allegedly walked out as if nothing had happened.

McKinney said his assistant later called and coldly told them to “leave the hotel room immediately.”

Since that night, McKinney says she has suffered from depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts.

Neither her lawyers nor Weinstein’s have commented on the lawsuit.

Weinstein was convicted of sex crimes in 2020 but saw his conviction overturned in 2024 due to trial errors. Now jailed on Rikers Island for a California conviction, the disgraced producer is begging for a new trial date, claiming failing health.

Meanwhile, Sean Combs is facing a separate storm — he’s on trial for sex trafficking and racketeering. He has pleaded not guilty.

More Lawsuits May Follow

McKinney’s back-to-back allegations against two of Hollywood’s most infamous men could fuel a new wave of lawsuits in the entertainment industry.

The stories she’s told are eerily similar: rich, powerful men using their status to lure women, isolate them, and abuse them in private spaces.

As both cases unfold, the world watches closely. McKinney’s dual accusations may redefine the post-#MeToo legal landscape — and send new shockwaves through a world that once shielded its stars.
