The crackdown continued in Boston, where agents took down Vitor De Sousa-Lima, a Brazilian convicted of vehicular manslaughter. Finally, in Phoenix, they apprehended Jaime Arroyo-Rivera, a Mexican man convicted of aggravated DUI.
