Bri Stern Exposes Andrew Tate’s Threats in Shocking Lawsuit

Bri Stern, Andrew Tate’s ex-girlfriend, has come forward with disturbing claims of threats and violent behavior during their relationship. In a revealing Instagram post, she shared the chilling details of how Tate used intimidation and control over her. Their relationship, which began in the summer of 2024, quickly turned toxic as Stern became the target of repeated threats.

Violent Threats and Intimidation

Stern described how Tate would often threaten her in violent ways. She stated that Tate repeatedly told her if she ever crossed him, he would ruin her life, rape her, or even kill her. One of the most chilling threats was a recent text message he sent her: “If you ever betray me, you will regret it.” These threats created an atmosphere of fear, where Stern felt trapped and powerless.

The Last Words Tate Said to Stern

Perhaps the most terrifying part of Stern’s story are the four words Tate allegedly said to her before she left him for good: “You are my property.” These words, said in a Beverly Hills hotel, were the breaking point for Stern. After being verbally and physically abused during their time together, she finally understood that someone who truly loved her would never speak to her that way or treat her with such cruelty.

Bri Stern Exposes Choking Incident and Violent Behavior

The situation escalated in March 2025, when Stern claims that Tate choked her to the point of unconsciousness during sex in a Beverly Hills hotel. When she attempted to protest, the violence escalated further. Stern alleges that Tate, a former professional kickboxer, began to punch her in the head until he finished the act. The physical abuse left Stern with visible bruising, which she documented.

After the incident, Stern went to a hospital in New York City and was diagnosed with post-concussive symptoms. She later filed a lawsuit against Tate, accusing him of sexual assault and battery. The lawsuit also seeks a restraining order to protect Stern from further harm. Stern’s lawyer, Tony Buzbee, called the facts in the case “extremely disturbing,” and the legal process has just begun.

Bri Stern Exposes The Chilling Texts and More Threats

Along with the lawsuit, Stern also shared a series of disturbing text messages that Tate allegedly sent her. In one exchange, Tate reportedly wrote, “You need to be hit … you deserve it.” He allegedly continued, “I want to beat the fk out of you … you will give me a child this year b*h.” These texts not only show Tate’s violent tendencies but also his obsession with control, reinforcing Stern’s claims of abuse.

The Emotional Impact of Abuse

Stern has described the emotional toll of the abuse. Since the violent events, she has felt constantly anxious and fearful. “I am an emotional wreck and am constantly looking over my shoulder,” she wrote. Coming forward has been terrifying, but Stern hopes her story will encourage others to recognize the signs of abuse and seek help.

The Denial from Andrew Tate

Andrew Tate has denied all accusations made by Stern. His lawyer dismissed the text messages as fake, saying there was no proof or verification to support them. The defense claimed that unverified screenshots are easily manipulated, especially in an age where AI can generate entire conversations. Tate’s legal team vowed to pursue legal action against anyone involved in spreading what they called “blatant falsehoods.”
