A tragic incident occurred at Arches National Park in Utah, where a hiker lost his life after a fall on a well-trafficked trail.
The individual, aged 68 and hailing from Paramus, New Jersey, suffered a drop of approximately 30 feet (9 meters) on Tuesday morning, according to park officials who issued a statement regarding the event.
Despite attempts to revive him, efforts to restore his condition were sadly in vain, and his identity remains undisclosed.

The accident took place close to an overlook situated on the Devils Garden Trail, a favored loop among visitors to the national park, which is renowned for its impressive collection of 2,000 sandstone arches.
