From 1963 to 1979, Dooley led the Wildcats to great success. Under his leadership, the team won four state championships and ten district titles. His teams also had a 72% win rate. In 2010, Deming honored him by naming the basketball court after him. This was a huge recognition of his work and lasting influence.
