A viral video showed Marco Diaz giving a Cybertruck Hitler salute from his Tesla, instantly sparking outrage. His company name and phone number were visible on the truck, outing him as the man behind the shocking act.

Business Branding Exposes Tesla Driverโ€™s Identity

Diaz, owner of Cyber Electric in Modesto, California, was caught slurring and shouting while motioning Nazi salutes at pedestrians. The video quickly made its way online, and social media users matched the company branding to him.

Before Diaz could react, furious users flooded Yelp and Google with scathing reviews targeting Cyber Electric.

Yelp Shuts Down Reviews After Cybertruck Hitler Salute

Yelp responded by posting a pop-up warning about unusual activity on Cyber Electricโ€™s page. The companyโ€™s social media accounts were taken down soon after. Meanwhile, the video continued spreading across multiple platforms.

SF Gate confirmed that Cyber Electricโ€™s accounts remain restricted, with no clear date for reactivation. Viewers mocked Diazโ€™s side glances at the traffic light, calling it proof that he knew he was doing something wrong.

Marco Diaz Posts Apology After Cybertruck Hitler Salute Scandal

Diaz later issued a public apology through Cyber Electricโ€™s website and YouTube channel. He blamed intoxication for his behavior and said he regretted using the Nazi salute.

โ€œI take full responsibility,โ€ Diaz said. โ€œI donโ€™t support Nazism or any form of hatred.โ€ He also claimed that the homophobic slur heard in the video came from the person recording, not him.

Diaz stressed that he had attended a San Francisco Giants game and had not intended to provoke anyone.

Cybertruck Hitler Salute Adds To Tesla CEO Controversy

The Cybertruck Hitler salute controversy landed right after Teslaโ€™s CEO, Elon Musk, faced similar accusations. Musk was alleged to have made a Nazi-like gesture during Donald Trumpโ€™s Inauguration event in January.

While Muskโ€™s case stirred debates earlier, Diazโ€™s video reignited fresh anger toward Teslaโ€™s public image.

Fallout Continues As Internet Slams Diazโ€™s Actions

Diazโ€™s apology failed to stop the backlash. Cyber Electricโ€™s online presence remains battered, and many customers vowed never to support the business again.

The pedestrians who recorded the video have not been identified. Diaz did not respond to further requests for comment.
