Happy Ever After: Predicting Future Husband Came True for Teen

  • Ava Yuergens predicted her marriage to Ben Otto in a video at age 14.
  • The couple played the video at their real wedding in August 2024.
  • They started dating in high school and launched a real estate business at 15.
  • The video went viral with over 40 million views on TikTok.
  • Ava says marrying young is rare but beautiful, calling it a privilege.

Teen’s Bold Prediction Of Her Future Husband Shocks Internet

A video of a teen predicting future husband Ben Otto has taken over the internet — not just because of the bold claim, but because it came true. Ava Yuergens was just 14 when she recorded herself saying she would marry Otto. Years later, in August 2024, the couple played the video at their wedding.

The clip, originally filmed in 2019 and posted to TikTok in October 2024, has since racked up over 40 million views. In the video, Ava states, “Play this at my wedding… you’re getting married to Ben Otto.”

Predicting Future Husband Became Her Reality

Yuergens and Otto met as freshmen in high school and began dating shortly after. The prediction of predicting future husband wasn’t a joke — Yuergens meant it, and her mother even saved the video to play it on her wedding day.

Guests were stunned when the clip was played at the ceremony. “Everyone was super shocked but thought it was adorable,” she told PEOPLE.

High School Sweethearts And Young Entrepreneurs

While most teens worry about prom and finals, Ava and Ben were launching a business. By age 15, they had co-founded a real estate investment company. Now both 19, the couple continues to run their business and build a life together.

Yuergens says their shared goals, religious values, and emotional connection made it clear they were meant for each other. “It has only ever been Ben,” she said.

Why She Defends Young Marriage

Critics may question marrying young, but Ava strongly defends it. In a February 2025 TikTok, she explained why she believes finding a life partner early is a privilege.

“Yes, getting married young has its risks,” she said, “but it’s also one of the most beautiful things. You grow up with your person.”

Millions React To Her Romantic Prediction

Social media users were captivated by the love story. Comments flooded in, with people calling her story “a manifestation masterpiece” and “the ultimate prediction.” One user wrote, “Girl, drop the manifestation tips!”

Yuergens proved that predicting future husband dreams might not be so far-fetched — at least not for her.
