ABILENE, Texas — In a strong performance on Thursday evening, Leonardo Bettiol led the way for Abilene Christian, contributing 15 points in their 67-56 victory over Tarleton State.
Bettiol displayed impressive shooting accuracy, making 6 of 8 shots from the field and converting 3 of 4 at the free-throw line. This win marks an important turnaround for the Wildcats, now holding a record of 9-11 overall and 1-4 in the Western Athletic Conference, ending their six-game losing streak.

Bradyn Hubbard also made significant contributions, scoring 12 points while shooting 4 of 6 and securing a perfect 4 of 4 from the stripe, alongside five rebounds. Quion Williams added to the score sheet with 11 points, demonstrating his prowess by shooting 4 of 7 from the field and achieving a flawless 3 of 3 from the free-throw line.
