The Chicago Bulls have confirmed that forward Torrey Craig is dealing with a sprained right ankle and will undergo a re-evaluation in a two-week timeframe.
Craig, who is 34 years old, has not taken the court since he recorded a season-best 18 points in a victory against Charlotte on December 30, contributing to a score of 115-108. Throughout his second season with the Bulls, he has participated in only nine games, maintaining an average of 6.9 points and 2.8 rebounds per game.
On Monday, the Bulls organization provided an update regarding Craig’s injury status. After suffering a narrow defeat of 124-119 to the Sacramento Kings on Sunday, the team’s record stands at 18-21, with a matchup against the New Orleans Pelicans scheduled for Tuesday night.
Torrey Craig began his NBA journey with the Denver Nuggets back in 2017. Over the course of his career, he has compiled average statistics of 6.0 points and 4.0 rebounds across 441 games, during which he has also played for teams such as Milwaukee, Phoenix, and Indiana.
