CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — In an impressive display of skill, Garry Clark contributed 15 points to lead Texas A&M-Corpus Christi to a 67-48 victory over Stephen F. Austin on Saturday evening.

Clark not only scored efficiently but also secured 12 rebounds, showcasing his all-around performance for the Islanders, who now hold a record of 6-4 overall and 1-1 in the Southland Conference. Owen Dease was another key player, going a perfect 3 for 3 from the field to finish with 10 points, while Jordan Roberts also contributed 10 points, shooting 4 for 9.

On the opposing side, Nana Antwi-Boasiako stood out for the Lumberjacks with a noteworthy performance, recording 13 points, 10 rebounds, and three blocked shots. His efforts, however, weren’t enough to clinch a win. Clayton Southwick also played a significant role, adding 10 points along with two steals, while Myles Jenkins chipped in with five points.
