MALIBU, California — On Wednesday evening, the Pepperdine Waves showcased an impressive performance, cruising to a 119-57 win over Life Pacific, bolstered by Zion Bethea’s solid contribution of 16 points.

In addition to his scoring, Bethea also recorded five assists and four steals, helping the Waves, who now hold a 3-6 record this season. Teammate Stefan Todorovic also made significant contributions, matching Bethea’s point total with a well-rounded shooting effort of 6 for 11, which included two successful three-pointers. Dovydas Butka added to the scoring by successfully sinking seven of his eleven field goal attempts, along with one three-pointer, finishing the game with 15 points.

Life Pacific saw Albert Matute and Zachary Murphy each score 11 points, providing some offensive highlights for their team. Additionally, Lenox Lavallee chipped in eight points during the game.
