SAINT GEORGE, Utah — In a solid performance Tuesday night, Beon Riley contributed significantly with 18 points, leading Utah Tech to a 68-54 victory over Denver.
Riley’s efforts were complemented by an impressive double-double as he also grabbed 11 rebounds for the Trailblazers, who now hold a record of 2-6.
Noa Gonsalves played a crucial role as well, finishing the game with 15 points, eight rebounds, and three steals while Justin Bieker added 11 points, going 4 of 6 from the field and hitting 2 of 3 free throws.
On the other hand, the Pioneers, who now stand at 3-5, were led in scoring by both Sebastian Akins and Josh Lee, each contributing 11 points to their side’s efforts.
