NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — On Monday night, Darin Smith Jr. delivered a standout performance, racking up 23 points, which propelled Central Connecticut State to a commanding 117-68 victory over NVU-Johnson.
Smith’s contribution was not just limited to scoring; he also secured five rebounds for the Blue Devils, who improved their record to 2-1.
In addition to Smith’s impressive showing, Davonte Sweatman added 22 points and dished out seven assists, showcasing his playmaking abilities.
