MURRAY, Ky. — Jacob Clark delivered an impressive performance, throwing for a personal-best 431 yards and four touchdowns, leading Missouri State to a commanding 59-31 victory over Murray State on Saturday. This triumph marked the Bears’ eighth consecutive win of the season.

Clark’s four touchdown passes not only showcased his talent but also allowed him to surpass Jay Rodgers’ longstanding single-season record of 25 touchdowns set in 1999. He completed 25 out of 32 attempted passes, showcasing both accuracy and efficiency. Jacardia Wright was another standout, scoring three times, including two touchdowns through receptions.

With this victory, Missouri State improved their record to 8-2 overall and 6-0 in the Missouri Valley Football Conference, achieving their longest winning streak since the 1988-89 season.
