Syracuse, N.Y. – In an impressive matchup on Wednesday night, CSU Northridge triumphed over Le Moyne with a commanding score of 97-75. Marcus Adams Jr. played a pivotal role for the Matadors, racking up 21 points along with six rebounds during the game.
Teammate Scotty Washington also made significant contributions by scoring 21 points. Washington displayed an efficient shooting performance, hitting 7 of 12 attempts from the field, including a solid 3 for 6 from beyond the arc, and converted 4 of 6 free-throw attempts. Mahmoud Fofana added to the team’s efforts as well, scoring 12 points on 5 of 7 shooting from the field, and netted 2 of 3 from the free-throw line.
On the other side of the court, Le Moyne struggled to contain the Matadors but had standout performances from its players. Zek Tekin led the Dolphins with 17 points, supported by four assists and three steals. Will Amica also contributed notably, finishing the night with 16 points and collecting eight rebounds. Nate Fouts chipped in with 12 points and added three steals, although the Dolphins fell short, bringing their record to 0-2 for the season.
