LAS VEGAS — In a competitive matchup on Monday, Jeremiah Cherry delivered an impressive performance, scoring 24 points to help the UNLV Rebels secure a 93-79 victory over Alabama State.

Alongside his scoring effort, Cherry contributed significantly on the boards, grabbing 11 rebounds. Dedan Thomas Jr. was also pivotal for the team, adding 17 points to the scoreboard. His shooting performance included 3 for 9 from the field, with a notable 10 for 11 from the free-throw line, and he also facilitated seven assists. Julian Rishwain made his mark on the game by scoring 13 points, hitting 4 of 8 attempts from beyond the arc.
