LOS ANGELES — The Los Angeles Dodgers are set to celebrate their recent World Series victory on Friday with a parade through downtown, followed by a gathering at Dodger Stadium.
The team announced on Wednesday that due to logistical challenges, fan participation will be limited, and individuals won’t have the opportunity to attend both festivities.
In a thrilling series, the Dodgers triumphed over the New York Yankees in five games, sealing their championship with a close 7-6 win in New York.

The parade will kick off in the morning at Gloria Molina Grand Park, located in front of City Hall, with the event being graced by the presence of Mayor Karen Bass.
It will proceed along a route lasting approximately 45 minutes, concluding at the intersection of 5th and Flower streets. During the parade, the Dodgers players will ride in style atop double-decker buses, allowing fans to catch a glimpse of their favorite players.

Following the parade, a celebration will take place at Dodger Stadium starting around noon. Fans can expect to see the parade broadcasted on the stadium’s videoboards, keeping the spirit of the event alive as the team makes its way to the venue.
Additionally, a portion of the ticket sales from the stadium event will go towards supporting the Los Angeles Dodger Foundation, highlighting the team’s commitment to giving back to the community.
