Kelsey Mitchell, Caitlin Clark, and Lexie Hull led the Indiana Fever to a 92-75 victory over the Seattle Storm. Clark set a new rookie record in the WNBA with 232 assists this season, surpassing the previous record held by Ticha Penicheiro since 1998. Clark has been performing impressively, averaging 23.7 points and 11.7 assists over her last six games.

Mitchell scored 27 points, shooting 10 of 19 from the field and 5 of 8 from beyond the arc. Hull recorded a career-high 22 points, with 12 of those coming in the fourth quarter, including six 3-pointers. Aliyah Boston contributed with 15 rebounds, nine points, and a career-best eight assists for the Fever.

A decisive run in the fourth quarter, led by Hull’s 3-pointers, helped the Fever secure the win. Skylar Diggins-Smith and Jewell Loyd tried to keep the Storm in the game, but Indiana’s strong performance proved too much for Seattle.

The Seattle Storm, with Loyd scoring 26 points, Diggins-Smith with 15, and Nneka Ogwumike with 14 points and nine rebounds, struggled to contain the Fever’s offensive onslaught.

The Indiana Fever have shown great improvement this season, now standing at a 13-15 record after winning just three of their first 11 games. They have won back-to-back games after the break for the Paris Olympics and are on a positive trajectory for the remainder of the season.
